Class Description: This course is available by appointment only at our Seabrook TX location
The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED class will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. This class meets OSHA/workplace requirements and meets the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential.
- Adult, Child and Infant CPR
- How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Conscious and Unconscious Choking
- Basic First Aid including burns; cuts; head, neck and back injuries and more
Class Format: This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session.
Duration: Up to 1 hr 15 min class session + 2 hr 30 min online
Certification: 2 year American Red Cross certificate
Note: This class is not for Healthcare Providers or Medical/Nursing/EMT students. Please sign up for a BLS course if you are in the medical field.
